Pretty soon after creating the steam and Itch pages for this app I already started thinking the name wasn't very accurate because it isn't limited to games and I decided to go for something that's hopefully a bit catchier, so Borderless Gaming Resizer is now called ReFrame.

To those that were using the app, after updating your settings should carry over but there is a small chance they might not. If you open up windows explorer (any folder) and type in %APPDATA% you should be brought to a folder called roaming and should see 2 folders in there one called BorderlessGamingResizer and one called ReFrame, go into BorderlessGamingResizer and copy the config file in there and paste it into the ReFrame then simply restart the app and all your settings will be imported.
